Frequently asked questions
Concise answers about access, models, security, data, pricing and API use.
Is ColleagueOne generally available?
No. ColleagueOne is an invite-only beta. Use the request access page to contact Avapti.
Is public pricing available?
Not yet. Plan names, limits and pricing have not been announced.
What can a colleague produce?
Colleagues can perform research and browsing work and create documents, presentations, PDFs and spreadsheets. The exact result depends on the configured tools, model, rules and inputs.
Where does a colleague run?
Each colleague works inside its own Firecracker microVM sandbox—an isolated cloud computer for that run.
Does the agent receive vendor credentials?
No. Credentials stay in the gateway and are never handed to the colleague. Connections provide mediated capability to vendor services.
Which models are supported?
ColleagueOne is model-agnostic. OpenAI, Anthropic and other configured providers can be accessed through the model gateway. Availability depends on organisation configuration.
Can people approve sensitive actions?
Yes. Sensitive actions can require approval and appear in Needs You with their context.
Does ColleagueOne remember information?
The Memory area contains learned facts that users can review, approve and revert. Memory should be governed like other organisational data.
Does ColleagueOne claim security certifications?
No certification claims are made on this site. See the security model for the controls currently described.
Is data hosted in the UAE?
No UAE data-residency claim is made. The draft subprocessor list identifies DigitalOcean hosting in Bangalore. Review the Subprocessors draft for current disclosures.
Does ColleagueOne have webhooks?
The public v1 API documents a server-sent events stream for work activity. It does not define webhook endpoints. See Events (SSE).
Where is the API reference?
Start with the API quickstart. The API reference is generated from the repository’s real OpenAPI specification.
