Workspace
Navigate conversations, results, automations, approvals, files and reusable building blocks.
The workspace is the shared operating surface for people and AI colleagues. It separates work states so a team can see what is active, complete or waiting on judgment.
Conversations
Use conversations to describe goals, add context and guide active work. A conversation is the discussion around work; it is not the canonical place for every finished artifact or approval.
Results
Results holds completed outcomes and their associated artifacts. Review the stated outcome, produced files and any supporting context. Verify important claims before using a result in a consequential decision.
Automations
Automations lists scheduled jobs. Use it to understand what is planned and to inspect the outcomes of recurring work. See Automations for setup and review guidance.
Needs You
Needs You is the decision queue. It gathers clarification requests and approval items so they do not disappear inside long conversations. Open an item to inspect the proposed action and relevant context.
Files
Files contains source material and artifacts used by workspace work. Follow your organisation’s classification and retention policy when adding content.
Playbooks, skills and plugins
These areas hold reusable ways of working and available capabilities. Changes can affect more than one colleague, so treat them as governed operational assets.
Connections
Connections represents authorised access to vendor services. Credentials stay in the gateway. Removing or changing a connection can affect work that depends on it.
Memory
Memory shows learned facts proposed for reuse. Review, approve or revert entries rather than treating all inferred information as durable truth.
A daily review routine
- Open Needs You for time-sensitive questions and approvals.
- Review new Results, including files and source context.
- Check Automations for failed or unexpected outcomes.
- Review proposed Memory changes when the work introduces durable facts.
